These are the real markers of a wealthy life:
You have control over your time…
You have freedom to do what you want with your time…
You have good health and energy to enjoy the above.
And you go through life with a sense of security and peace of mind — a freedom from the stresses of daily life.
Wealth is being stripped of the need to prove anything to anyone — that’s why the most powerful people I know are the most humble and private.
You don’t need to play anyone else’s game or fit into any system — you get to create your own.
You have the time, freedom, and energy to create meaning for your life — and to live it on your terms — without needing validation from ANYBODY.
As I begin to make progress on my book (hence the neglect of this email series) — a dominant theme and message has started to emerge.
The intention for this was to write about entrepreneurship, money, and freedom. I was planning on sharing tactical “how to” stuff, share more of my story, and will probably continue to do so.
Yet the true message I want to share, the pattern that continues to emerge and the truth that is embedded so deeply in my being:
Mastery over your health will lead to mastery over everything else — including your definition of success — and most importantly — your ability to enjoy life and love.
It’s too easy to delay truly living and outsource your joy to money, only to end up rich, miserable, and empty (trust me, I know).
When you’re truly healthy on a cellular level — I’m talking energy, vitality, and filled with life force— your mind (the most powerful tool in the universe) works in your favor —- you feel more clear and creative — you know exactly what you want, and you possess the energy to go after it.
You have high energy and you’re in touch with your intuition — which leads you to the right places — and everything starts to feel “effortless”.
You’re stripped of the bullshit that weighs you down.
You’re going with the wave of energy, instead of against it.
I can equate the feeling from this unblocked flow of life force to a psychedelic experience — you feel connected to the energy of every living thing around you — you are magnetic and the universe starts to align the right things in your favor.
(side note for the nerds — psychedelics work well as antidepressants because they reduce and obliterate your serotonin levels. The drug industry has corrupted the science/media around serotonin (to get the world hooked on antidepressants) —- here is a more objective and independent look at the research around serotonin.
For most of us — the last time we felt “truly healthy” — that sense of high energy, joy and lightness — was when we were children.
Before years of stress, emotional traumas, heavy metals, micro plastics, and toxins could build up and make themselves at home in our systems and throw off the balance of our hormones.
Before we allowed the constructs of society to dictate how we should live our lives and spend our time — ignoring the whispers of the inner voice that seems to get fainter and fainter.
Aging is simply the accumulation of the above (and more) — and without giving our body what it needs (light, nutrition, movement) on a daily basis — the systems of the body become less effective at detoxing and free radicals build up.
The body loses it’s ability to cleanse and support a thriving organism.
Vital life force energy is zapped because the body is constantly working hard behind the scenes to try to maintain some sense of equilibrium — amidst a heavy buildup (and continuous onslaught) of toxins and stressors — these things literally get stored in our intestines (toxins) and in our tissues (emotions) — without intervention, they can stay there for life — degrading our experience of life.
True health is vital life energy on a cellular level — it’s not about looks or beauty (although those are great byproducts) — there’s nothing more attractive than a symmetrical and glowing human full of life-force and moving through life with a sense of purpose.
Great health feels like this:
Energy just flows without blockage…
You have the curiosity and playfulness of a child…
You’re horny like a teenager…
You’re in touch with your intuition and letting it guide you…
You no longer attempt to force things — you’re in the flow of the natural order of the universe.
You begin to understand that every single thing is artificial and man-made — every belief, system, and construct (including “society” and it’s expectations for you).
You begin to trust your own internal voice over the ones that whisper into your ears (via societal expectations, social media, family, and more)
And you know that the only things that are true and real in life — are your health, and your connection to the natural world — the things we often overlook are the things that are the most important — we only realize this when it’s too late.
True health is stripping the need to fit into something that doesn’t serve you — it’s the energy and courage inside all of us that allows us to follow our intuition and step into the unknown with boldness, love, and zeal.
Optimal health — vitality, energy, vibrancy — and a clear mind — will allow you to define what you actually want —- and will provide you the natural intelligence and energy to get it.
Instead of writing about “how to be successful’ — my intuition is telling me to write about “how to be [truly] healthy” —- because with excellent health — success is inevitable, everything becomes attainable, and life becomes more enjoyable.
This is an incredible complex topic that intersects across biology, biochemistry, bioenergetics, metaphysics, physiology, nutritional science, electromagnetism, and so many more disciplines.
The nutrition and “health” industry has been incredibly corrupted — science is perverted by profit motives, and the media machine works tirelessly to keep everyone confused and divided on topics of nutrition — a sick, weak, dependent, and unhealthy population is easy to control.
Our society has become addicted to stress and replaced the enjoyment of nourishing and regenerative activities with stressful exercise (under artificial lights), eating against the needs of our bodies, taking supplements (filled with heavy metals) and drugs that throw our systems out of balance and turn us into mechanical “bio-hacking” robots following checklists that end up doing more harm than good.
It is my intention to help us return to this natural state of wholeness on an individual level— the state of optimal health and vitality —- the undoing of years of damage —- and especially the damage caused by misinformation specifically designed to keep everyone confused and powerless in the most important subject in the world:
Your health.
The topic is incredible complex, yet it’s simple:
Metabolic energy governs every process in your body. How you think, how you feel, what you do, and how you do it.
The right health will provide the natural energy that will make everything else seem to “click” with ease.
Love, success, creativity, and “fulfillment” are all a byproduct of a thriving organism.
It’s our natural intuitive state and our god given right —- yet we’re so far removed from our own nature and the natural energy of the universe.
I truly believe that if you empower somebody to take ownership of their health and energy — they will go on to make a positive contribution to the collective consciousness.
But “they” don’t want you to be alive, strong, free, and independent.

P.S. In the spirit of leaving you with something actionable, here is a very powerful (high reward, low effort) thing you can start doing daily:
One of the pillars of optimal health is reducing the load of toxins in your system — which cause inflammation, interfere with your brain neurotransmitters (‘brain fog’), throw off your hormones (‘moodiness’), and generally degrade your digestion and ability to receive the benefits of good nutrition…
Most endotoxin is stored in your intestines — and one way to “cleanse them” is by eating 1-2 raw carrots per day — ideally between meals - it’s good to do it daily as ‘maintenance’ for the buildup of endotoxins that get added to our system on a daily basis.
The carrots contain a specific fiber that helps absorb the toxins as they pass through your intestines. Think of it like a brush scraping off the toxins that lodge themselves onto the inner walls of your intestines.
I typically eat 1-2 carrots between breakfast and lunch (and yes I have breakfast — fasting is another unnecessary stressor - okay from time to time (as a cleansing tool), but net harmful if adopted as a way of life over a long period of time as it elevates your stress hormones and can lower your metabolic energy and mess with your thyroid — another meme brought to you by ‘big health’)
